Yoga in the Gardens – Friday, June 30th

Join us for the next Shape Up Social at Sherman Library & Gardens for Yoga in the Gardens on Friday, June 30th at 6:00 PM.

Shape Up is combining efforts with Find Your Zen Yoga & Nutrition Studio and Sherman Gardens for the Happy Hour Yoga in the Gardens. This one hour Flow Yoga class is for all levels and will be taught by Shape Up yoga instructor and owner of Find Your Zen, Christina Ratusznik. She will take you through a light-hearted class followed by drinks and community gathering in the beautiful garden setting. Both members and non-members are invited. Put it in your calendar today!

What: One Hour Flow Yoga Class + Happy Hour
Cost: $10 for members of Shape Up, Find Your Zen or Sherman Gardens; $20 for non-members
