Sherry Rennard has been teaching indoor cycling for 10 years and loves the energy and intensity it provides to both her and her students. Her classes are interval-based and always have a variety of workouts sets, music and challenges. While she loves riding outdoors, Sherry feels strongly that indoor cycling not only provides high-quality training on the bike, but is a safe place to ride and not worry about the many hazards that exist on our roads. The only thing we have to focus on indoors is working hard!! Sherry was inspired to teach indoor cycling because she loves the results it gives to the people in her classes. They become stronger & fitter, burn lots of calories, and leave every class feeling better than when they came.
