Dsigned to improve flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back health, sports performance, and body-mind awareness. Each series of exercises is based on the Pilates Method and designed to be performed on a mat.

Pilates Mat Class is taught by one of the most accomplished instructors in the country. She is the ACE Fitness Instructor of the Year. She is the IDEA Finalist Fitness Instructor of the Year. She is the Alumnus of the Year, CSULB.

Core Fusion

A step up from your classical Pilates class. Core Fusion maintains a focus on abdominal and back muscles but we kick it up a notch by including more tools such as weights, Pilates rings, balls and more. You may even find a barre routine or other spin on the classical movements. Expect a challenge! An intermediate to advanced fitness level and/or previous exposure to Pilates is encouraged.
