This class is all about balance, mobility, flexibility and functionality. This is a low intensity full body workout targeting the musculoskeletal system to put the body in proper balance. We work the body as a unit. We will mitigate any rotation in the body head to toe, and leave you feeling overall “looser” in your body and lighter on your feet.
This can be a great set up for anyone prior to a workout, they will be more balanced left to right and more symmetrical front to back to get more out of a workout, or just make them feel better to go about the day.
