The new Group Exercise Schedule begins on Monday, February 4th, 2013.  New classes include Barre, TRX, Rebounder, OnCore as well as some new blends and mixes.  All new steps, weight bars, pro-rebounders, deluxe yoga mats, TRX system, ballet barres, mirrors, pro sound system..
