Boot Camp Burn – M, Th, Sa
A combination of Boot camp exercises. You never know what you will do, you just know it will be intense! Using barbells, TRX, balance, body weight, bands, bosu, pro rebounders to get a real workout!
Cardio in 30 – M, W, Fr
This energetic 30 minute choreographed upbeat low impact aerobic class is a fun way to get in shape and burn calories.
Level 1 Yoga – M, W, Fr
Vinyasa flow with a slower pace linking movement with breath and focusing on proper alignment in the poses. Improve balance, flexibility and posture while relieving stress. Appropriate for all levels, great for beginners!
Level 2 Yoga – M, Fr
A blend of Hatha Yoga focusing on balance, core work and breath along with a series of Vinyasa – meaning Breath Synchronized Movement. This class incorporates simultaneous movement as you transition between movements and breaths. Great for beginners and intermediate.
Level 3 – Su
Yoga Ashtanga primary series to further develop flexibility and strength with a dynamic flow of set poses held for 3 to 5 breaths with an emphasis on internal focus and self awareness. Great for intermediate and advanced.
Pilates Mat – Tu, Th, Sa
This pure mat class get’s to the core of mat work. Designed to strengthen abdominal/back muscles and improving pelvic stability through focused, slow controlled exercises.
Pilates Mat Plus – Tu, W, Th
This class is for the intermediate to advanced Pilates student. Previous exposure to pilates is encouraged. This class uses more tools and barre routines.
Power Yoga – M
Power yoga is a vigorous, fitness based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. It’s a fast paced and great for strength training. You’ll leave this class feeling renewed and invigorated.
Pro Rebounder – Tu
A fun and energetic cardio based class. Using professional, individual trampolines, you’ll jump your way into overall fitness. The bouncing action strengthens your bones, muscles and promotes circulation (which helps get rid of all those nasty toxins.
Tabata in 30 – M, Tu, W
Based on the Tabata method of high intensity interval training, this 30-minute class will torch more calories and challenge your cardiorespiratory system in less time than a traditional 60-minute workout.

This popular class is chair based for stability and safety. But make no mistakes our seniors rock! Have fun and be social with a variety of exercises designed to improve strength, balance, coordination and mobility for daily activities.
TRX – Tu, W
Created by a Navy SEAL, The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
Zumba – Th, Sa
Aerobic Latin dance inspired workout for all fitness levels. Great music and a ton of fun to burn off pounds of fat while firming your entire body. If you like to shake your booty and burn calories this class is for you!
