High Intensity Classes

Wed: 6:15am

A 45-minute high-intensity class that focuses on strength, mobility, and anaerobic fitness. The class will be formatted in layers or levels.

It will start with a dynamic warm up, progress into two 15 minute circuits where 6 exercises are layered to develop a killer circuit and end with a 5-8 minute cool down. Expect to work hard and expect to sweat, this is not for the faint hearted!

Dirty 30

Mon: 6:15am

Tuesday: 5:30pm

Friday: 6:15am

Based on the Tabata method of high intensity interval training (HIIT), this 30-minute Boot Camp style exercise class consists of multiple rounds of high-intensity exercises that will torch a ton calories while challenging your cardiorespiratory system.

Expect short periods of ultra heart-pumping goodness, followed by even shorter periods of rest in between. Rinse and repeat.

Mon: 5:30pm & 6:15pm

Thur: 9:00am & 5:30pm

Saturday: 10am

Formerly ‘Boot Camp Burn,’ this class is an intense combination of Boot Camp exercises. It’s designed to build strength and fitness by utilizing a variety of techniques.

Your heart rate will soar in this fun, upbeat exercise class. You’ll be using barbells, TRX, balance, body weight, bands, bosu, pro rebounders and whatever else Denise decides to throw at you to keep you guessing. Be prepared to work!

Taught by our Personal Trainer Manager, our TRX Classes delivers a fast, effective total-body workout. It Helps build a rock-solid core, while increasing muscular endurance. The class benefits people of all fitness levels – from pro athletes to seniors.

TRX is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
